Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping worldwide. Every order ships at no shipping cost to the customer — domestic or international, single bottle or pallet. We coordinate cold-chain and dry-ice logistics for temperature-sensitive products at no extra charge.
Standard shipping
All catalog products ship via tracked courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) under our standard logistics arrangement. Shipping is free of charge to the customer for every order, every destination, every weight.
Lead time
- Catalog products (in stock) — 2-3 business days to dispatch, plus transit time to your country (typically 3-7 business days).
- Catalog products (made-to-order) — 7-14 business days for production, plus standard transit.
- Custom formulations — lead time confirmed at quote (typically 4-8 weeks for first run; faster for repeat orders).
- Bulk and process-scale orders — lead time confirmed at quote.
Temperature control
Temperature-sensitive products (most liquid media, some reagents, all sera) ship cold-chain. Standard cold-chain shipping uses insulated containers with cold packs (2-8°C) or dry ice (-78°C) sized to the destination transit time. Cold-chain shipping is included in our free shipping policy — no surcharge.
Tracking
We share a tracking number on dispatch by email. Tracking covers the full transit from our warehouse to your delivery address.
Customs and import
Standard shipping is delivered DAP (Delivered at Place) — customs duties, taxes, and import-clearance fees are the responsibility of the importer of record. For institutional customers we provide the documentation needed for duty-free import where applicable (e.g., research and biological-product classifications).
Damaged or lost shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact [email protected] within 7 days of expected delivery. We replace damaged or lost product at no charge.
Expedited shipping
Standard expedited options (next-day, 2-day air, special-handling) are available on request through the quote page.
