These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cellculturemedia.bio ("the Site") and any orders for products supplied by CellCultureMedia ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and use
Products supplied through this Site are intended for research, manufacturing, and process-development use. Many products are not formulated, labeled, or qualified for direct administration to humans or animals as a finished pharmaceutical product. Where a product supports GMP or clinical use, additional documentation is supplied per the Quality & Documentation page. You are responsible for confirming that any product is appropriate for your intended use and that you hold the necessary institutional approvals and regulatory clearances.
2. Pricing and orders
Prices on the Site are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser as importer of record. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (we will refund any payment made for an order we cancel).
Bulk, custom, and recurring orders are quoted directly through the quote process; quoted prices supersede catalog pricing for those orders.
3. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping terms are described on the Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser on dispatch. We replace product damaged in transit free of charge if reported within 7 days of expected delivery.
4. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
5. Documentation and quality
Documentation (Certificates of Analysis, MSDS, formulation summaries) is shared on request and is product-and-lot specific. We do not warrant that any product is fit for a particular use beyond the specifications stated in the documentation.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, images, product information, and structure, is the property of CellCultureMedia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any product or any use of the Site is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of data, loss of revenue, or research program impact.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as described" without warranties beyond those expressly stated in the product documentation. We do not make blanket clinical, regulatory, or therapeutic claims.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the business entity supplying the order (specified on the order confirmation). Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be summarized at the top of the page.
