Where does CellCultureMedia ship to?
We ship to research and bioprocessing customers worldwide, including the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Canada, and Australia. Standard shipping is free on every order. For temperature-sensitive products we coordinate dry-ice or cold-chain logistics as part of the quote.
Are your products GMP-compliant?
Our manufacturing partners operate under ISO-aligned quality management systems. Specific GMP, cGMP, or clinical-grade documentation is available on request for products that support those workflows — contact [email protected] with your application and we will share the relevant Certificates of Analysis and Quality dossiers.
Do you provide custom or contract-manufactured formulations?
Yes. We support custom formulation work — including OEM, private-label, and process-development feeds — with our manufacturing partners. Submit a brief on the custom media page and our technical team will reply within one business day.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum on most catalog products — research labs can order a single bottle for evaluation. Bulk and contract orders enjoy volume pricing; request a wholesale quote on the quote page.
How are prices set?
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include free standard worldwide shipping. Wholesale and bulk pricing is available on request; large or recurring orders are quoted directly.
How do I request a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or technical documentation?
Email [email protected] with the product SKU and your application. We will share the relevant CoA, MSDS, formulation summary, and stability data within one business day.
What is your return / refund policy?
Unopened, unexpired catalog products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Custom or contract-manufactured formulations are non-returnable. Full details are on the refund policy page.
Why don't I see a price on some products?
A few items in the catalog are priced on request because they are custom formulations, large-volume items, or temperature-sensitive products that require shipping coordination. Click 'Request a Quote' on the product page and we will reply within one business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) at checkout. Bank transfer (wire) and purchase orders are available for institutional and bulk customers — request these on the quote page.
