2. Written quote. We reply with unit prices at the quoted volume, pack configuration, available documents and the lead time for that order.
3. Agree specifications and documents. Product specifications, pack sizes, documents and any lot reservation are confirmed in writing before anything is produced or released.
4. Production or supply. Products are produced or released by our manufacturing partner against the agreed specification.
5. Shipment. Shipped to the agreed destination on the agreed Incoterms, with the documentation agreed in the quotation.

Lead time is quoted per order. A quotation is not an order; any supply arrangement is confirmed in writing by both sides. Repeat orders follow the same specification unless you tell us to change it.

Catalogue media and reagents can be supplied under your own label. Custom formulation requests are reviewed with our manufacturing partner and quoted per project. Label content, specifications and documents are agreed in writing before production, and a confidentiality agreement can be put in place on request. Your brand and your formulation remain yours. We do not publish customer names or commercial terms. We do not publish a price list, minimum order quantities or lead times on this site, and we do not invent them. Prices depend on the product, the volume and the pack configuration. Minimums depend on the product and the destination. Lead time depends on what is being supplied and whether it is produced to order. All three are stated in the written quotation for your order, so you can check them against your own stock plan before you commit. Shelf life and storage conditions are listed per product on each product page, mostly 12 or 24 months at 2-8 C protected from light. Pack size is the size shown on the product page; case quantities and mixed cases are confirmed in the quotation.

Do you sell to individual laboratories?

No. We supply distributors, resellers, marketplaces and own-brand suppliers. A laboratory that needs one or two bottles is better served by a distributor in its region.

Do you give exclusive territories?

Not by default. If exclusivity matters to your plan, say so in your request, with the territory and the volume you expect, and we will discuss it.

Product documentation is discussed with each quote, so tell us what your customers require.

Can we list your products on our website or marketplace?

Yes. As a reseller you may list catalogue products. Written permission to use product descriptions and images is agreed in the quotation, with the products it covers.
