CCM-SC-0015 is a liquid hMSC culture medium for organizations that need a serum-free, animal-origin-free input with defined release specifications. The medium is designed for culture at 37 ℃ in a 4–6% CO2 incubator and is suitable for teams standardizing expansion conditions across R&D and scale-up studies. It is supplied in a 500 mL bottle and does not require addition of serum.

Key formulation components include 3.9 g/L D-glucose, L-glutamine, and sodium bicarbonate. No fetal bovine serum substitute is included. Store CCM-SC-0015 at 2–8 ℃ protected from light. Do not freeze unless validated internally for the intended workflow, and minimize repeated warming.
